Mr. Lemens graduated from the University of Texas’ Business Honors Program (with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems) and the Plan II Honors Program (with a B.A.) in 2015. Mr. Lemens then earned a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2018, where he served as Chief Articles Editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. He was twice a Regional Champion in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition, and appeared before the Federal Circuit at the 2018 National Finals of that competition.

After graduating law school and passing the bar exam, Mr. Lemens immediately joined Murr Yanochik, P.L.L.C. as an Associate. Mr. Lemens practices in the fields of insurance coverage, intellectual property, oil and gas interests, and complex commercial disputes.
